Ali Derisavi is an accomplished, senior Management Consultant, Speaker, Trainer, Author, Executive Coach and Change Agent with more than twenty years of experience working with local, regional and multinational organizations. His expertise includes tailoring the applicability of western-developed business concepts in developing markets. He has implemented dozens of projects, and designed and delivered hundreds of training courses to thousands of employees from diverse industries and backgrounds. He started his career as an account Manager working for an IT firm in Cyprus. He then served as a trainer and then as a Regional Manager working for a global training provider serving territories including Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and the UAE for eight years. He then served as the Director of Marketing and Sales for a major Telecommunication provider in Kuwait for eight years. In 2011, he and his partners founded Utopia Republic, a marketing consulting and Training firm, in the United States.
